Managing Course Content
Editor, Audio, & Slides
Once your course outline is generated, the real magic happens in the Lesson Editor. This is where you finalize the scripts, generate audio, and manage synchronized slides.
The Lesson Editor Interface
To access the editor, click on any lesson in your course outline.
1. Script Area
The main text area where you can edit the AI-generated script.
- Markdown Support: Use standard markdown for formatting.
- Edit Carefully: Changes to the script will require regenerating audio and slides to stay in sync.
2. Takeaways
Top 3-5 key points that appear to learners.
- AI generates these automatically.
- You can add/edit/delete them freely.
3. Citations
Add footnotes or references that appear in the LMS view.

VybeLearn uses Google's Gemini TTS to create human-quality narration.
Voice Selection
Click the "Voice Settings" button to choose your narrator.

Voice Options:

Generating Audio
- Draft Script: Ensure your script is final.
- Click Generate: The system processes the text and creates an MP3.
- Preview: Listen to the output immediately.
⚠️ Important: If you edit the script after generating audio, the audio is marked "Out of Sync". You must regenerate it to match the new text.
🖼️ Managing Slides
Slides provide the visual component for the LMS Mode.
How Slides are Created
AI analyzes your script and extracts:
- Key bullet points
- Relevant timestamps (when to show/hide)
- Suggested imagery
Editing Slides
In the slides tab of the editor:
- Edit Text: Change the bullet points.
- Adjust Timing: Drag the start/end markers to sync with the audio.
- Regenerate: If the slide deck doesn't fit, click "Regenerate Slides" to build a new set based on the current script.
Bulk Actions
For faster workflows, use the Module-Level actions in the course outline:
- Generate All Scripts: Writes content for every lesson in the module.
- Generate All Audio: Creates MP3s for the whole module in background.
- Generate All Slides: Builds visual decks for every lesson.
💡 Pro Tip: You can run bulk generation for multiple modules simultaneously. The progress bars will track each task.
